Commands, such as "Wash the dishes" or "Walk the dog" exist in every language. They are sometimes stylized differently, and involve a different conjugation or rule than verbs used in sentences such as "You wash the dishes." or "I walk the dog." leri = to wash hanra = to walk (as seen in Part 1) zjarmes = dishes (remember, the "zj" sounds like the "g" in regime or "ll" in Spanish.) tepas = dog If you were saying "You wash the dishes" in Ennish, it would be, "Kod leira ul zjarmës." NON-VERBIAL R'S You will rarely see a word end with any verb endings that are not verbs in Ennish. However, in many cases, you may see a word end with an "r" that does not have a vowel in front of it. Do not be alarmed by pronunciation, for usually you pronounce these as if they have a hidden "e." This is so you do not get the words mixed up with any verbs while writing them. Examples: regekr = mailman (pronounced as if it is "regeker") kosmr = universe (pronounced as if it is "kosmer") dankrr = poor (pronounced as if it is "danker") Like with "dankrr," some adjectives go the distance and add two r's. PAST TENSE: To make a verb past tense in Ennish, you have to add a small word in front of the verb.
